Good morning -before I do anything I drink 8 ounces of cold water

Breakfast / Meal One
Power Oatmeal with berries
only 8 ounces of coffee with silk creamer and a spray of whip cream

Snack / Meal Two
Spinach Salsa Omelet
4 ounces of orange juice mixed with wheat grass and some acai or goji

Lunch / Meal Three
Protein Shake

Snack / Meal Four
1/2 and apple with almonds

Dinner / Meal Five
Broccoli, Brown Rice with Feta, & Chicken
