I really thought this was worth talking about. If we can take preventative measures by eating yummy / healthy foods...why not? I know I enjoy each of these and so do the girls. You want the real / no additives version.

Here are some of our favorite foods that pack enormous nutritional value (including anti-cancer benefits). Truly, toddler tested, mother approved.
1. Whole Grains
2. Beans
3. Berries
4. Tomatoes
5. Cruciferous Vegetables (Broccoli)
6. Dark Green Leafy Vegetables (spinach)
7. Grapes and Grape Juice ( I would add cranberry or pomegranate to this #)
8. Walnuts
